Office

The office is open Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 17:00 and on Fridays from 12:00 to 15:00.

Welcome!!Registration

When you register with us at our driving school, we will contact you as soon as possible, usually the next business day. You can always choose the next B driving license training to start and we will then agree on the schedule and details together. With non-stop courses, the start date is not tied to any specific day.

We ask you to visit our office in person so that the contract can be signed and we can also discuss, among other things, the content of the course and the choice of a driver's license package.

Driving license application

Obtaining a driver's license requires a driver's license permit, and an approved application is a prerequisite for taking the driving test. The permit is valid for three years from the date of issue, so you can apply for it right away, even when starting driving school.

The application for a driving license is made at: www.traficom.fi. Log in to the online service and identify yourself.

Theoretical

After you have completed at least 4 EAS theory lessons and your driving license application has been approved, you can book an appointment for your theory test.

You can book a theory test on the Ajovarma website or by calling Ajovarma, tel. 029 534 5115 (Mon-Fri 8:00-15:45).

If necessary, you can also stop by our office and we can book the exam together.

For the experiment you will need:

• Certificate of theoretical education received.

Physical paper is not needed if the certificate is open in the WebAuto system.

• Proof of identity (passport or Finnish identity card).
• Written theory test €40 or oral test €107.

The theory test is valid for one year, within which the driving test must be passed.

Oral theory test with an interpreter:

You can start driving lessons when you pay at least €300 to the driving school and have completed the EAS theory lessons. You can book driving lessons through the office or with your driving instructor.

The driving lesson is 50 minutes long and includes all the time with the instructor (feedback, driving, booking, transfers, etc.). You can arrange driving lessons and cancellations with your driving instructor, but also at the office.

Driving lessons start at Eerikinkatu 1. Eerikinkatu ends at a bend where your teacher will be waiting for you by the car. There is no separate office at the location, but it is on the side of the road where we park in the available parking spaces. By entering the address into Google Maps, you will be sure to find the location. If necessary, you can get help finding the location from your secretary or driving instructor. The location should be easy to find.

If you do not arrive at the agreed time for your driving lesson or arrive too late, we will charge you the normal driving lesson price (80€). Cancellations must be made to the teacher by 12:00 on the previous weekday. Monday driving lessons must be cancelled by 12:00 on Friday at the latest. If you do not know when your driving lesson is, check it by logging into Webauto or call us well in advance.

You can take the driving test once you have completed a sufficient number of lessons and paid the driving school fees.

Make an appointment with your teacher or at the office so that we can offer you a familiar driving school car to use for your test.

The driving test usually takes place at Ajovarma's office in Turku. Of course, it is also possible to take the test in another location.

The course package price includes car rental for the first driving test, but for any re-attempts, we will charge for the use of the car for the test according to the current price list.

You will need to bring your ID and an E100 form to the exam. The teacher will ensure that this form is filled out and brought with you during the exam.

Driving in the dark and driving on slippery roads are part of the risk identification training. The simulation lessons progress quickly, so if you do not speak Finnish, English or Swedish well, we recommend bringing an interpreter. The simulations are conducted in a simulator in our city center office and it is recommended to reserve about an hour for each topic. You can reserve an appointment directly with the secretary or the teacher.
